How do I make a purchase? 

  • Either from the online store, or come see us in person and purchase from the front shop. 

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

  • An email will be sent confirming your order has been received. We will reach out if there are any issues to resolve

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed? 

  • Yes, reach out to us either by phone or email ASAP to make any changes.

Local-

  • Pickup is preferred and FREE! 
  • Shipping rates are calculated at check out. 

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! 

What is your return policy?

  • 30 days from date of receiving item(s)

Product Questions

Are my pieces Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher safe?

  • Most are items are safe to be used in the oven, microwave and dishwasher, but there are a few *exceptions. 
  *Wares with lustre are not Microwave safe and if placed in the dishwasher, will fade more quickly over time.

Are the glazes food safe?

  • YES! YES! YES!!  You can eat and drink out of our wares unless otherwise specified on the product details.

 

Class/WorkShop Questions

Can I make my own Ceramics?

  • We offer 6 week sessions through out the week both daytime and evening and Saturday classes
  • One time Pottery Night Experiences (PNE's) on Sat. & Sunday evenings 
  • Specialized workshops are run at different times though out the year.

Custom Firing Questions

If you make at home we offer to custom firing in our kilns. Cost depends on size of item Deadlines for  bisque firing is Nov 1 and Glaze is Nov 15 for year end.
